Here I am, writing from Ithaca as I embark on a two-day training at Cornell. Wee!
Yesterday's details:
- breakfast: smoothie, as usual
- lunch: two pieces of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, a little salad, yogurt with berries
- dinner: pita pit again (leaving for two days means fridge is empty), but this time no pop or chips
- gym: 30 minute cardio + abs
I also kept up with my crunches and pushups today! Go me!
Today I started my day with a banana only for breakfast. I had a LONG night with very little sleep, so I had very little appetite. Lunch at work before we left today was some leftover pasta/tomato alfedo/spinach from the other day. I had a snack of an apple and a small individual bag of Smart Food once we got to the hotel. No gym today, unfortunately. I didn't have space for my gym stuff either so I'll have to make due with crunches and pushups if I can sneak them in. I'm traveling with our technician, so we're having a nice girly weekend! For food we were told that there was a fun thai place in the downtown core, so we went and I had pad thai. Thankfully I only ate about half of the monstrous portion we go, so I don't feel completely stuffed. Bonus.
Tomorrow is a day full of training, math, catered food (uh-oh) and another dinner out. Let's see how we manage...
